In-Person Personal Training in Virginia
If you struggle to feel motivated when utilizing online training and videos, no worries! I offer in-person personal training in Virginia or at-home personal training in Virginia for those in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia areas, including Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Manassas, and Falls Church, VA. In-person trainings are open at my in-home gym, so we can work with my equipment to get your body working and moving; I can also travel to you for an at-home session. If you don’t have equipment, don’t stress! Workouts will be based on your overall fitness level and equipment you may have. Each session will challenge you, but it’s all about taking you one step closer to your goals. Together, you and I will create a plan and work toward your attainable goals.

In-person personal training is an ideal way to keep motivated because I will be right by your side, pushing you and helping your body, muscles, and mind overcome the obstacles in your path. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with experience in corrective exercise. I’m here to help you get—and keep—your life on track in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming or scary but rather in a way that feels reachable. Even for those struggling with life-altering injuries, I’m here to tell you—from experience—that you can do this! It’ll take hard work and determination, but I’ll be by your side to help you overcome any muscular misalignments and injuries to get your life back.

How many sessions you need will depend on your personal goals. Here’s what I recommend: one at home personal training session per week for maintenance and direction, two sessions per week for fat loss and muscle gain, and three sessions per week for accelerated results. However, intensive sessions are not recommended for beginners, although you can work up to them. Let’s chat and figure out what will work best for you based on your goals, your busy schedule, and where you’d like to meet in person.
